directly across the street is a club/discoteca that plays EXTREMRLY loud electronic music. you can feel the bass while laying in bed. earplugs don't help. impossible to sleep. this esp. sucks if you are exhausted from tours and need to get up early.
there is no WIFI in the room.
The breakfast was horrible.
The pool needs a good scrub. Filter and good maintenance. Jacuzzi not working and short of stuff in the restaurant. We had to wait too long for a simple limonada.
On the water, but terribly loud at night with all the partying on the street.
‼️During the day everything looks nice but at night it becomes part of the bar across the street. It’s impossible to sleep even with earplugs!
Would highly recommend staying at Santana.

A nice hotel with a small pool and a terras overlooking the lake. My room here had a balcony with that same view. Lunch wasn't available as the kitchen was closed till 4 pm. But then I got a very good bowl of chickensoup. The bedroomwall are thin so you hear a lot of whats going on on the corridor. But the bed was good and a nice powerfull shower.
